Michael F Killian was the former President & CEO of the Mill Neck Family of Organizations including their religious division, Lutheran Friends of the Deaf, in New York. Mill Neck has worked with Deaf individuals domestically and internationally since 1947. Killian was also a Mill Neck Trustee for 30 years. He served as Chairman of Lutheran Friends of the Deaf and Mill Neck Services. He concurrently served as a trustee of the Mill Neck School for the Deaf and Mill Neck Foundation. During his tenure at Mill Neck, he began the Center for Hearing Health and Mill Neck International. Killian was always focused on and committed to serving Deaf individuals spiritually and physically.
Before coming to Mill Neck, Michael Killian created the Deaf Ministry Facilitator position for the New England District of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod when he was a member of their Mission Committee. Killian had an extensive business career serving in various executive capacities in the private sector, and has served as a board member of numerous other foundations, corporations, non-profits and investment committees.
